What is "脱力クリエイト(daturyoku create)"?

This project aims to promote "Relaxation Training", a physical adjustment to create a relaxed body.

By doing this training, you will be able to grasp and use the vertical drag force of gravity, which is the force that resists gravity, and you will feel light as if your body has grown wings.

This will

  • Improves physical discomfort
  • Improves posture
  • You will enjoy moving your body.
  • Calm the mind
  • You will be able to move your body as you imagine.

These are just a few of the benefits you can expect.

In order to help you get a sense of "Vertical drag force of gravity," we offer one-on-one classes tailored to your constitution and body type.

We also offer "online lessons" for those who live outside of Japan.

" Relaxation Training" is a form of training that allows the body to adjust muscle tension, move the body around the bones, and make use of gravity and drag forces.

This helps improve physical functions.

The "Body axis" is the line through which the "Vertical drag force of gravity" passes.

Recognizing this "drag force" is the basis of De-Strength Training.

"Tanda" is an ancient Japanese word for "hara".

It is said that training the tanden leads to steadfastness, vitality, and longevity.

Tanda training is based on anatomy and physics.
